AKristen is co-founder of K+H Connection. She has over a decade of experience in payments, loyalty and rewards. In her 8-year tenure at Discover Financial Services, Kristen managed the gift card redemption program for Discover’s $1 Billion Cashback Bonus rewards program. This included working with nearly 200 of the Nation’s largest retailers. While with Capital One, Kristen managed the Neiman Marcus private label credit card program.  

Kristen served on the Board of Directors for the Incentive Gift Card Council. She is a founding member of FinTEx: FinTech Women. She is a member of the Gift Card Network, the Incentive Marketing Association, and the Incentive Gift Card Council. In 2017 Kristen was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Incentive Industry by Incentive Magazine.  

About Holly

Holly is Co-founder of K+H Connection. She has spent over 12 years working with clients to create profitable partnerships in FinTech, loyalty/rewards and Sports Marketing. She has represented major gift card portfolios for JCPenney and Staples; created numerous loyalty program partnerships and helped to create and execute profitable sponsorship and brand activation strategies for the Chicago Fire Soccer Club and Raise.com.  

Holly was named one of the 25 Most Influential People in Incentives 2017 by Incentive Magazine, is a founding member of the YMCA of Metro Chicago Associate Board, a founding Chair of FinTEx: FinTech Women, a mentor at 1871, a Member of The Gift Card Network, The Incentive Marketing Association, and The Incentive Gift Card Council.
